We offer immediate, short-term relief for families and individuals transitioning from crisis to stability.
Our Work
Hamilton Haven's staff consists of a diverse, well-rounded group of volunteers offering a mix of experience and skills who are dedicated to serving displaced families. Our goal is to provide stability while the family works towards acquiring safe and sustainable housing. At Hamilton Haven our staff walks alongside our "neighbors" helping them find resources and encouraging and enabling them to find permanent housing.
